The food was delicious! We haven't been to a Carrabba's in years. It was just like we remember. The flavors are incredible. The service was spot on and very tentative. Sebastian was an amazing server and adorable too!

Never order take out from here. They took so long my first driver dropped the delivery, they overcooked a rare steak, the asparagus was burnt and saturated in some kind of grease that made it barely edible. The flavored tea is so sweet I diluted it with a whole cup of water and its still too sweet, and they didnt even include the bread and oil dip which probably would've tasted better the the $110 meal I paid for. Didn't even include the straws and cutlery I asked for. I will NEVER order from here again take out or not. Basically the entire meal was inedible and I just ate the broccoli and picked between the spinach and a bite of the steak. You really let me down, I've had bad food but this was an absolute disgrace.

We love this Carrabbas! A huge menu that will please everyone in your group. Generous portions - save some for a snack tomorrow! Love the dishes cooked on the wood fired grill - wow. We are always so welcomed - the staff is attentive and seem genuinely happy to serve us. The manager, Lindsay, came by to make sure everyone in our group was satisfied - this is true hospitality.

We have eaten here about half a dozen times over the past six years while traveling through. There is a clear and distinct difference in the food quality over the last four years in particular, with menu changes and a drop in the food overall. Frequently out of staple menu items, such as lasagna on our trip yesterday (my wife specifically went there for the lasagna). Years ago they had "the best mozzarella sticks I've ever had," and those had changed as well and were nearly burned but entirely different from the ones they had years ago. They were out of ranch dressing and something else that we asked for (that I can't remember at the moment). The chicken Parmesan had no pasta noodles; I've never had chicken parmesan anywhere in my life that does not come with noodles. The chicken itself was burned around the edges and extremely thin and tough. Asparagus look like it had been microwaved and taste the same way. For the prices that they charge you expect better. I don't know why so many places frequently change menus. Just stick with what you know works. The waiter was friendly but a little quirky. He tried to carry on too much conversation while we were trying to eat. That's not a problem per se but most people don't want to be bothered while they're eating. My wife ended up getting a deconstructed lasagna that the waiter recommended which was ravioli basically. Neither one of us finished our meals or took the remainder home with us. We were one of two tables filled in the spot at 2:00 on a Friday afternoon. This location used to be one of our favorite places to eat while traveling through the Asheville area but I believe it was also our last.
