This time was much better than it has been in the past. There were a lot of servers working on a Tuesday evening and everyone I interacted with was very nice. Our server was prompt and we never had to ask for anything. The food was correct, came out at the same time, and was an appropriate amount of time. Also the Honey Garlic flavor is delicious, I'm glad it has came back. Hopefully the improvements are permanent and we can enjoy going back again.

I had a very disappointing experience last night when a manager, Greg, actually forced me to leave because the store was closing. I was already in the process of paying my bill but my server wasn't acting quick enough. Greg informed me that the Inspire Brands has tasked him and other managers with ousting all guests out of the store by closing time. He said it was a safety issue. A server told me there was an employee meeting early in the morning, so I didn't believe Greg. I asked him what would happen if a party walked in just before closing time. He told me the servers would bring To-Go boxes to impel guests to leave. I went to another BWW and a manager who knew me well told me that's not the standard at BWW at his store. I've frequented this store over 2 yrs averaging 4x's a week and am a Blazing Rewards member. I WILL NOT TOLERATE BEING FORCED TO LEAVE AFTER ALL THE BUSINESS I'VE GIVEN YOU GUYS. PLEASE SAY YOUR CORP OFFICE IS NOT ACTUALLY DOING THIS TO THE GUESTS.

Great spot in Arden! The food was hot and fresh, service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere was lively without being overwhelming. Perfect place to catch a game, grab wings, and unwind. Will definitely be back.

I’m posting this as a detailed warning for anyone considering eating at this Buffalo Wild Wings location near the Asheville airport. What we experienced was not just bad service or a rough night — it was a full operational breakdown. After reading many other recent reviews, it’s clear this has been happening repeatedly. From the moment we arrived, things felt off. The floors were thick, slick, and greasy. Walking across them felt unsafe and immediately signaled a lack of basic oversight in a high-traffic restaurant. The food was deeply disappointing. We ordered nachos that arrived dry and poorly constructed: barely any cheese, no grated cheese, no properly melted cheese, and no cheese dip. The chips were bland and stale-tasting, and the dish was overloaded with pickled and roasted peppers to the point that it was unpleasant to eat. We were told they were out of guacamole by 4:00 p.m. on a Saturday. We also ordered 20 bone-in wings with the dry rub seasoning on the side. Out of those 20 wings, we received only two drumettes. The chicken was greasy, unevenly cooked, and left an unpleasant aftertaste. We never received the fries that were supposed to come with the wings, and despite asking, we never received celery or carrots either. Even basic beverage quality was ignored. The Pepsi tasted flat and off, clearly not calibrated correctly. Anyone who has operated a food service business knows that soda calibration is one of the most basic back-of-house responsibilities. When something that simple is neglected, it’s a clear sign that management is not paying attention. Service is where this experience crossed from bad into unacceptable. I have operated a food service business before, and what I witnessed was a complete lack of leadership and teamwork. Our table was in the bar area. The bartender was overwhelmed but genuinely trying. She was not the problem. The problem was the rest of the wait staff and the absence of management. Multiple servers repeatedly walked past our table, saw that we needed assistance, and chose to ignore us. There was no teamwork and no shared responsibility for guests. After finishing our meal, we waited more than 15 minutes just to get a check. No one came. Eventually, my partner had to walk to the bar and insist that we be allowed to pay so we could leave. What truly underscored how dysfunctional this place is was the table next to us. A two-person table repeatedly tried to get a server’s attention for ketchup. After being ignored again and again, the gentleman stood up, reached behind the bar himself, and grabbed a bottle of ketchup. That should never happen in a properly run restaurant. There were plenty of staff on the floor. What was missing was management. We overheard employees talking about where the manager was while the front of house was in chaos. No one was directing staff or checking tables. We also watched at least three other groups walk out because they were tired of waiting and being ignored. This location does not have a staffing problem. It has a leadership and operations problem. Until that is addressed, I strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere.
