  Ordered all American burger with just ketchup, cheese and mustard. It was a soggy salad with a side of hamburger, no ketchup and no mustard. Had a sloppy tomato , wilted lettuce, drowned in mayo, and ends of cucumbers as pickles. After removing all that nasty stuff, I proceeded to eat what was left. Ended up having to remove the bottom part of the bun because it was way too soggy. All in all I could have got a better burger at mcDs. The onion rings were the only reason I would give it even a 1 star.

  Genuinely probably one of my best BWW experiences! Haven’t been back in a while due to multiple meds ups and horrible service but I just got done eating and am literally writing this in the parking lot!! Valerie was so unbelievably professional and nice I just had to leave a 50% tip. She knew the menu and checked on me just enough to where nothing on my plate/cup was ever empty! She deserves every cent she makes here and I will definitely be back

  Honestly really disappointed with our experience tonight. We stopped in after traveling all day, just wanting something quick before heading back to our hotel. I ended up finding a hair in my fries — like actually in my mouth, not just sitting on the food. It completely ruined it for me. Our server (Gage) was super nice about it and asked if I wanted it remade. At that point I really didn’t, but he said the rush was over and it wouldn’t take long, so I agreed and just asked if I could get it to go since my boyfriend would be done eating by then. He told us the manager said they’d remake it and take it off the bill. Cool, appreciated that. But then when we got the check, it was still on there. When I asked, he had to go back and forth with the manager, and the final answer was basically “if they’re eating it, they have to pay for it.” I get policies, but the whole situation was just frustrating. We already waited forever for our food, then had to wait again because of something that wasn’t our fault. And what really annoyed me is the manager couldn’t even come out and say anything — no apology, nothing. Everything had to go through the server. Gage was great though, seriously. You could tell he cared and was trying his best, which I appreciate. So I want to give credit where it’s due — Gage was an amazing server. He was very apologetic, attentive, and clearly did his best to handle a situation that wasn’t his fault. Just not a great experience overall.
