  This location has extremely poor customer service. No one manages the front registers and ignore you if you're in need of assistance. I needed to order a steak grilled cheese burrito. I brought it to their attention a few weeks ago it was not listed on the self serve kiosk and to no surprise it was still missing tonight. I stood at the front registers to place an order and staff just ignored me standing there for ten minutes. I attempted to get the woman's attention working the window and informed her my item was not on the kiosk and I needed to place an order. She rudely said the register doesn't have a drawer and walked away while another female in the back immediately and loudly said that register does too have a drawer. I stood there for another 10 minutes expecting someone to assist but they did not. I had to walk out and go through the drive thru which took 30 minutes. My order was missing an item and I felt like I was such an inconvenience asking for the missing item I had paid for. Corporate needs to fix these kiosks we are expected to use and ensure they have a complete menu on them since customer service no longer exists at this establishment. A lack of customer service additionally needs to be addressed with staff. I'm very disappointed in the way I was treated and to be honest probably will never give my business here again.

  This location is always clean. The workers are always friendly and the order is always correct. We drive from another city to eat at this location. I recommend this location wholeheartedly.

  Shift Manager at 4:00pm on Jan 9, 2026 had no control over her workers. They all were working the drive thru and ignoring lobby orders. Several orders were returned within the 14 min it took me to get my e check-in order. I got my order home and it was missing items as well. If I could rate this location a 0, I would!

  Nacho Fries had no flavor and was cold, and my quesadilla was completely burnt on bottom. Had to go back inside because the quesadilla was so burnt, and was told it was just the grill. It was hard as a rock, couldn’t even bite into it.

  Went inside and ordered. Girl came to register and took my order. She was very pleasant and all was good till I looked and saw a bigger black guy digging at his head like he had not washed it in months. He had gloves on and then proceeded to make food with the same gloves. Totally nasty. Although I had already paid for my food I threw it away and walked out. Come on Taco Bell please do better.
