  ATTENTION: This review was from an order placed for pick-up at your Archdale, NC location, on Friday, March 27, 2026 and while the food was good, I almost didn't wait for it. My Husband & I were in this store several months ago and said we'd never go back; the kitchen/serving area is NASTY!  I went back tonight, hoping our last visit was just "a bad night" but it wasn't! I placed my order online at 6:31p and drove to the location which is about three miles away.  I went inside, there was only one table in use in the dining area and there were four workers.  I went right to the counter, no one was in front of me and I told the lady I was picking up my online order; it 6:45p and my email said my food would be ready by 6:39p.  The lady stepped in the back and when she returned she mentioned that the Supreme's were in.  I asked her if my order was ready, she said 10 mins.  I was frustrated b/c the point of ordering online is having your order ready when you arrive. As I waited, two other customers came in, separately, ordered and left with their food before mine was done and again, mine was supposed to be ready by 6:39p!  I also took some pictures b/c what I seeing was the same as our previous visit...NASTY! Apparently this is "the norm" for this store as this is our second visit in six months and nothing has changed.  Even though the food was good, we will not be back b/c no one wants to order/eat food from a filthy restauran; there are too many other options! PLEASE HELP!

  Majority of the drinks in the fountain did not work. They haven’t been keeping it filled and ready for customers. We placed an order, and we’re waiting till 3 people after us got their orders. When we brought it up, Chloe, was very rude. At first making it seems as if we were trying to steal the same order twice. Saying it was picked up. It more than likely was picked up by a random stranger. But just was overall rude and didn’t seem like she would help us. The wait was long, would recommend driving to any other bojangles than here.

  I’ve been going by this location in the morning for several years. On the morning 03/27/2026 I went through the drive thru I order a sausage egg and cheese that’s all. When got to the window I paid and then was instructed to pull aside in a parking space. Waited several minutes no food. So finally I decided that I couldn’t wait any longer. Went inside to get a refund which took several more minutes. Finally had to leave with no refund because I had waited for so long and had to be at work. I won’t be stopping at this location again.

  This place is so slow and waited over 30 minutes, it's like no one wants to help anyone or take time to take anyone's orders like they are moving like zombie. So disappointing at the way people work these days with no care at all. Wish I could give no stars.

  I waited almost 30 minutes for a 12 piece family meal,in spite of them not being too busy before I finally requested a refund to go elsewhere. The attitude of the employees was far less than professional, to the point that one employee picked up fries and ate them while filling another customer's order. Other customers who hasn't placed their order also acknowledged this & walked out.
