  My family and I went to the Wendy's on March 7, 2026 for the Free Give Away of Fries and Frosty on Tuesday, April 7. WE enter the Wendy's establishment on West Williams in Apex, NC at approximately 4:58 pm est. We stood behind a man waiting to order. The man told us he was waiting for his order. We step up to the counter and asked for the free fries and frosty promotion. The cashier told us it was after 5:00 pm est and the promotion had ended. My wife looked at her phone and I could see it was now 5:01 pm est. I asked the cashier "it is 5:01 and you will not honor the deal? She reiterated that it was after 5:00 pm. My family and I wanted out and went to Burger King, North of the Wendy's for dinner. We will never frequent Wendy's again. Sincerely, Fred

  One of the employees named Tequila was very nice and had our order ready for pickup. Thank you.

  For inside dining, there was one person taking and filling the order. He would partially fill an order and then take the order from the next person. Then he would forget where he was on the partial filled order. It took 20 minutes after placing my order to get 2 combos and 2 kids meals.

  Service was disappointing. I placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup, but upon arrival, I was asked to park and wait. After waiting over 20 minutes, I went inside only to discover my order had been sitting aside and forgotten. No apology was offered for the oversight or the significant delay. Very poor communication and lack of accountability.
