Had nothing but positive experiences here. My go to Taco Bell use to be the one over by Costco but it’s gone down hill bad. So I was excited when I saw this one open near by. Quality and service just like the old one use to be.
I had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with the District Manager. She is a very lovely person! The General Manager is upstanding and very friendly gentleman. I overheard heard him speaking to his staff and the patients and respect was overwhelming. I will be back to visit this location in the future. 😊
This was the first time it didn't take forever to turn around an order, and they still somehow managed to give me the wrong food. I don't have high expectations for fast food places, but three times now this location has failed to meet a pretty low bar.
I work at the Harris Teeter right next door. This Taco Bell is always empty so you would think the service is as fast as can be especially since it’s the cheapest lunch option available to me. To start, you can guarantee that no matter how far ahead you order your food, as soon as you get to the restaurant it is going to be a 10 minute wait minimum even with no other cars in the line. Next, there is a 50-50 chance you will have to remind them about something on the order that they missed (notoriously a drink). Not to mention, the food is ALSO hit or miss depending on which high schoolers are working in the kitchen that night. Something in the bag is normally smashed. The food is never mixed in burritos and such. I have never received a utensil. I just assume there won’t be one in the bag and definitely don’t make the mistake of asking for something extra at the window because I’m pretty sure they have to pay for it out of their own pocket. Genuinely don’t eat here.

My second experience with this particular, Taco Bell was not as pleasant as the first. After getting home, we realized a soft taco was missing and the two chicken bowls that were ordered were not made the same, one was missing toppings. I called in hopes of requesting they get my name and I would get the soft taco on another visit. But instead, I made numerous unanswered calls, I was then put on hold and eventually hung up on and on the last call I asked for the manager and was told to call 1-800 My Taco Bell and hung up on. I should have checked the reviews before going there.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
