  This location has gone downhill significantly over the past couple of years. When I compare this PJs to just about any other pizza mill (PH, Marcos, Dom) they come up short in most categories. I typically like the flavor of PJs but the cost cutting has become apparent. For a "classic" crust, the amount of dough they use minimal, like 1/3 to 1/2 of the other options which is apparent when I compare leftovers. And the smaller pizza gets fewer toppings. Ultimately it's just a "wimpy" pizza. Besides the pizza quality issues, the delivery is inconsistent as well. I can't tell you how many times I was sent a free pizza coupon because of how late the delivery was. It's even worse now that they are using DoorDash. I had multiple occasions when the pizza was on the way and the dasher informed me that they had to stop for another order. I can't fault the driver, but it is a poor experience overall.

  After eating 2 slices of a pizza, I found that there were ants in the box. I didn't order my pizza with ants and I don't believe that I was charged for them as a topping.

  The pizza is good. The orders are accurate and hot. Really good deals here a lot.

  Sadly this is likely a corporate Papa John’s issue since it’s obvious this restaurant was short staffed tonight and they continued to accept new orders. I placed an order 3 hours ago and 5 DoorDash drivers have abandoned the delivery. Just go to Dominoes instead for a more consistent experience.

  Not even sure where to start.... Multiple employees using their phones while preparing food not washing hands and putting the phones back in their pockets only to continue to make the orders. Also witnessed an employee vaping on the make line. Then watched as they ate pizza while preparing food on the cut table. Then my pizza was made wrong when I express this the manager decided to challenge me and say it was made correctly. Overall sanitation customer service experience was atrocious I wasn't offered any compensation not even a soda while I wait for them to remake the pizza. This is not the Papa John's that I know and love. I live within 3 mi of this store and will be sure to take my business elsewhere.
