  Waited 10 minutes inside to place a order but no help. Decided to go out and go through drive through since that's what seemed to be the only way to get help. Then order was not correct but we just ate what we had. Not worth going back in to complain

  I just stopped in to give them 15$ just leave empty handed. dozens of people waiting in the lobby with nowhere to sit. Empty drinks with no drink station. No record of my order cause the kiosk didnt print out. And management walking around outside with their hands in their pockets.

  The owner or manager is so cheap it is actually ridiculous. I ordered 3 meals that came with sauces and they gave none. I asked for them and they told the cashier I could only have 2. I question this of course because with every McDonald’s when you get chicken nugget meals, they come with sauces for each meal. I know sometimes when you get more they charge. But they did not want to give me the sauces that come with my meals. They had to review my receipt to give me more sauces. This isn’t the first time that has happened at this McDonald’s. I understand cost cutting, but not to the point that it doesn’t follow the standard McDonald’s guidelines. They will do the same with straws and napkins. I recommend changing management, clearly if he has to cut cost that much whatever he’s doing isn’t working.

  We normally have issues in this location. Every time we order (drive thru) there is something missing or wrong. Last time we got a laminate that looked like more than dirty water. Disgusting. And also the apple pie was wrong. Other times missing fries or drinks. Bad service.

  The slowest McDonalds on the planet. It’s called fast food for a reason. Waiting 15 minutes for a single sandwich is bonkers. If you own this McDonalds and care about your customers you should fully review the staff and how they function as a team. Stop putting customers in the mobile order pick up spots and start making McDonalds a fast food restaurant again.
