  Worst Taco Bell tacos ever! Prep so far in advance the bottoms were sticking to the paper & hard to separate. Meh fries underdone. Needs better mgt?

  The WORST experience i have EVER had at ANY type of food service. Five people behind the counter in the food prep area. For 20 minutes NO ONE EVEN LOOKED UP to see me standing at the counter. I had to order from the kiosk with no help from anyone. Store is filthy and drive through attendant stayed on her mobile. They should be CLOSED DOWN!!!

  Beyond disappointed...I cant even get their phone number to work so I cant speak to a manager about this. My husband is lactose intolerant and can not have cheese, we go to taco bell rarely but still enjoy the food so we go time to time. I was very very clear to the order taker, no cheese on any of the items...ALL THREE ITEMS HAD CHEESE. We had to throw away the food when we got home, wasted 30 dollars and cant even speak to anyone about it. Shame.

  Not a good TB.. this location in Apex, NC Laura Village needs major improvements.. there was a few things wrong..like order accuracy and service speed but the main thing is the rudeness. I came by with a 5 year old little pal of mine. After ordering she was reaching up at me wanting to be held. I picked her up and she gave me a little kiss. I could hear the guy basically calling me a weirdo. He said something like “Beso a La Nina” and he said “extrano” right after. I saw him looking at me. I tried to talk to him but my Spanish wasn’t good enough. I can understand a lot but I can’t speak much. I felt offended by his comment.
