We went to this location a few weeks after it opened late at night. I'll leave this feedback for the management. The food was pretty good when it finally came. The dining area, though, was filthy, with food crumbs and trash lying on and around most of the tables. Christmas music was cranked up too loud for comfort. Service was way, way too slow, which was weird since my wife and I were the only customers. Servers forgot our drinks.
I would like to see this location succeed, as the area badly needs some good fast food. But you guys need to straighten some of this out. I'll try this location once more and revise my review if the experience improves.
Google maps doesn't show it in navigation but you can turn left after or before Taco Bell to get into the store no problem, don't make a u turn on 64, lol.
I worry if this place gets busy it'll be unusable with how small it is.
But for actual fixables:
I was the only car in line and it took almost 10 minutes for a mobile order.
I wasn't given my drink first, which exacerbated the first issue.
Either of those don't happen the next time and it'll be 5 stars, you guys made good food.

Went through the drive through at 1:00am. they closed at 2. the worker told us they were closed and couldn’t help us and told us to leave and goodnight. super rude customer service. if your closed update your hours or be nicer about it. hire better workers especially in a nice area like apex.
Over 30 minutes from 2 chicken flatbread melts when the drivethrew emptied completely about 4-5 times during the time I waited indoor marked for to-go, the only really im giving an extra star is because they loaded the flatbread melts but an additional 25 minutes compared to any other tocobel I go to (and get 5 flatbread melts grilled normally) for a little extra filling wasnt worth it by any means.

You truly can’t make this. My wife and I went to check out the new store and it was not a pleasant trip. There was clearly no one in charge. Orders were taking over 30 minutes, the dining area was dirty, and a third of the tabled were blocked off by book bags with no one actually sitting at them (which we later learned belonged to Taco Bell employees in training). A couple with two young children came in, but the only available table was soaked with spilled water and hadn’t been cleaned. After being there for 20 minutes, not a single table had been bussed. Customers were visibly irritated and frustrated, and there was no one at the counter to assist anyone. A man dressed in dark clothing walked out from the kitchen area, and assuming he was the manager, I mentioned that the nearby table needed cleaning so the family could sit. He bluntly stated that he was only there for training and didn’t work for that location. He then walked over, sat by his book bag, and stayed there by himself. A few minutes later, we gave up and left to eat next door. It wasn’t worth chasing someone down for a $19 refund in a place where no one seemed to care. Instead, I told the family that when my name was called, they could take the food so it wouldn’t be wasted.
In the end I just walked out stunned and in disbelief. I hope they figure it out eventually and think of the families that stop there.
