In the absence of a nearby Chipotle, this establishment is an excellent alternative. Their bowls are both flavorful and satisfying, offering a hearty meal at a great value. Notably, they distinguish themselves by including premium toppings like queso and guacamole at no additional cost 😆

Terrible burrito, completely undercooked rice and chicken and quite honestly a shame considering how good other Qdoba’s are. The restaurant was filthy and employees were on phones instead of acknowledging customers all while not washing their hands when going to/from bathrooms or touching personal devices/hair/etc… along with that, there was water all on the ground w/o marking, causing a massive slip hazard and should have been mopped up but was just left there. This restaurant is a hazard and should be avoided.

We love Qdoba for the quality of food, but I would not recommend this location for catering. I placed a catering order for 25 people at the Apex location for a Dec 31st gathering. When I arrived for pickup, I was told they hadn’t received the order. After multiple calls, they said it had gone to the Knightdale location—even though my confirmation clearly showed Apex. They agreed to remake the order due to a system error, but this caused a 1.5-hour delay. When we finally received the food, there was nowhere near enough for 25 people—most items barely served about 10. Portions of fajita veggies, black beans, and salsas were very small, lettuce was missing entirely, and despite paying extra for tacos and tortillas (as stated on their website), there wasn’t enough food to actually use them with. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be ordering catering from Qdoba again. I couldn’t take pictures when food arrived so these pictures are for the size reference.

A serious food safety concern I observed during my visit to the Qdoba location in Beaver Creek Apex last night. While using the restroom, I noticed a female employee finish using the restroom and leave without washing her hands. What alarmed me most was that she then went directly back to the food service area, where she continued taking orders and preparing food for customers. This behavior is extremely unsanitary and raises significant health concerns. Proper handwashing is a basic and essential food safety requirement, and failing to follow it puts customers at risk. I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed promptly through staff training and proper supervision. I hope this issue will be taken seriously to ensure the health and safety of all customers.

The cashier was not very knowledgeable. I wanted to buy a gift card and she said it had to be cash only. I have purchased gift cards previously and used a credit card. There were no knives or spoons available. I had to ask for a spoon to eat my soup. I asked for a kn8fe for the burrito and she said there are no knives. The experience with that cashier made the visit unpleasant.
