All the sudden someone who looked like a manager (i think her nametag said Denise?) came out of nowhere and threw everyone off. She just wasn’t being kind or helpful to her employees at all. It was kind of sad to see, because these workers were putting in good effort, and I could tell. But then their manager comes in and starts being annoying and bossy and… yikes. We’ve all had managers like that.
