One soda machine had no ice, the other machine was spilling ice everywhere, all over the floor, making it a slip hazard. Not once did an employee come out to clean it up. There were people of all ages in the dining area including a person with a walker. Had anyone of these people slipped and fell, Five Guys would be looking at a lawsuit. Taking proper care of the dining area and making sure equipment is working properly should be a priority. I will hold employees, managers, and owners responsible for the way they conduct business.

We ordered 2 little cheeseburgers, 1 large fry, and 1 shake it was around $30 (we ordered the same order at Shake Shack a few weeks ago and their price was $32 so comparable pricing to competitors). The burgers were flavorful & juicy. The fries were perfect as always, cooked to crispy, seasoned well, & of course a large portion!! The shake was creamy, thick, and delicious! The staff was handling the early dinner hour crowds well & the wait time wasn’t bad at all, they were working so hard!!

The food was decent and the service was quite good but it is not worth it for the price IMHO. I would suggest going to a local mom and pop shop if you are looking for a decent burger with good service. I will say that they do give you a huge amount of fries tho.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
