They’re consistently out of onions and peppers, and when I ask, I’m told they’re not being made anymore - even though the restaurant is still hours from closing.
If the restaurant is open, the full menu should be available!

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Extremely Unprofessional Service and Discriminatory Treatment
Dear Management Team,
I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the unacceptable service I received at your store. What happened during my visit was far beyond a simple service mistake—it was disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely inconsistent with the standards any customer should expect.
To begin with, a Black female staff member told me that there was no hot sauce left. I accepted her answer at first. However, shortly after, I clearly noticed that the station prepared for online orders had a large amount of hot sauce fully stocked and unused. When I politely asked if I could have just a small portion, she firmly refused and said it was “only for online orders.”
I would truly like to understand this:
Are in-store customers not important to your business?
Why is it that online orders can have plenty of hot sauce sitting there, untouched, while an in-person customer is denied even a small amount? It was obvious there was more than enough, and there was absolutely no reasonable explanation for refusing my request.
Because of this unreasonable refusal, I was forced to place an additional online order just to receive a basic condiment. This situation is absurd and entirely caused by your staff’s unfair and inconsistent service.
What made the experience even worse was the staff’s behavior. Several employees were walking around during work hours carrying food prepared for themselves, appearing completely disengaged and unconcerned with customers. Their attitude and professionalism were shockingly poor and made me feel ignored and disrespected.
Throughout the entire experience, I did not feel valued as a customer. Instead, I felt dismissed and treated unfairly, which is completely unacceptable.
I request that your management team:
1. Conduct a serious review of this incident and evaluate whether the staff’s behavior aligns with your company’s service standards.
2. Explain why basic items like hot sauce were refused to an in-store customer when they were clearly available.
3. Provide corrective actions to ensure this does not happen to other customers.
4. Offer an appropriate response addressing this unacceptable experience.
This incident has significantly affected my trust in your establishment, and I expect a responsible and timely reply from your team.
Thank you.

Every time I visit this Chipotle location, they’re out of multiple items, it’s becoming a pattern. On my most recent visit (Thursday, 11/6), the employee told everyone in line they were out of lettuce and cheese. We were all confused because there was clearly a full container of shredded lettuce right in front of us (and no, it wasn’t the salad mix).
They were also out of hot salsa, cheese, and sour cream. At this point, it’s frustrating to keep paying full price for a bowl when several of the main ingredients are missing almost every visit. I shouldn’t have to go buy lettuce or other toppings elsewhere to complete a meal I just paid $17 for.
Please get it together, customers deserve consistency and honesty about what’s actually available.

While the food itself tastes good the fact that out of the last eight orders, my order has been incorrect the last 5 times is unacceptable. stand it is a fast paced environment, but if you are unable to properly supply, the client with what they ordered then some additional training should be performed
