  My aunt, mother in law and I came in and sat at the bar on Saturday afternoon. Our bartender, Katie, was amazing!!! She was so sweet and attentive, making sure all of our food was perfect and that our experience was great! Katie was very knowledgeable about the food and drinks, and made sure that we were well taken care of! Hopefully she is there next time we come because I will request her!❤️❤️❤️

  Had a great meal! Our waitress, Lana (who was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt) gave us a great suggestion to try the shrimp skewers. They were fantastic and we enjoyed every bite. The food was on time and correct. A great date night.

  I walked in thinking I was under dressed this place is fancier than expected after being seated and warming up to the over polite wait staff I was blow away by the best what should have been (anniversary dinner and drinks) asked for the check knowing this much perfect would cost a good dime 2 apps 2 meals updgraded sides and four mixed drinks 160$ asked for to go box and waiter boxes left overs for me I’m someone appreciates the extra kiss ass was told they are partners with Outback and Carrabba‘s 10/10 tonight at curry location

  I chose this restaurant to celebrate my husband’s birthday. He likes European-style steak, and it was excellent — he was very happy. I also loved the name of the place; it reminded me of Mangiafuoco from The Adventures of Pinocchio, and in the Russian version, The Golden Key, or the Adventures of Buratino. That association made me want to visit it even more. We were there with our daughter’s family — her husband and our grandchildren. The wine was perfect, everything was very tasty, and the dessert was delicious. The waiter was very kind and attentive — he even sang “Happy Birthday” in Italian for my husband, which made the evening even more special.

  We absolutely love Carrabba’s in Apex! It has become one of our family’s go-to spots, and a big reason for that is Keith. He is truly an outstanding server and consistently makes every visit exceptional. Keith remembers our preferences, our usual orders, and even our family members — which makes the experience feel personal and welcoming every single time. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, efficiency, and genuine warmth the way he does. He anticipates what we need, checks in at just the right moments, and always makes us feel like valued regulars rather than just another table. The food is always great, but the service — especially from Keith — is what keeps us coming back. Carrabba’s is lucky to have him, and we look forward to many more dinners there because of the experience he creates for our family.
