  UPDATE: I received a call from the area manager on Easter Sunday. He apologized. He listened with care and compassion. He listened to advise and feed back and and delivered my original order personally and fave me credit to another location as a gesture of good will. This is amazing customer service on upper management's part, which I hope is just a step in improving training. Conflict resolution and customer care practices at the store level. Thank you Kelvin. Its almost laughable 1 star reviews!!! One after another. After another. After another. However it's not funny, it's a chronic problem. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT

  I would like to share the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my 50 years of life. About a month ago I phoned in an order to this location for 2 large/2 topping pizzas and 2 orders of bread bites. The person taking my order on the phone stated he was the manager and was addressing me as "my guy " and "home boy" which is ridiculous and rude. He takes my card number it goes through and then calls me back to ask for my card again to charge a delivery fee. He then calls back again once my card has.been charged twice to tell me they can't deliver because I live out of bounds.....wait it gets so much worse. After being informed I would receive an immediate refund, a full 2 werks go by...NO REFUND I call domino's customer care line to report the incident give them transaction numbers, etc. The rep says they will investigate further and get back to me. At this point I had given up...$35 gone, no food, rude service lesson learned. HOWEVER it gets so much worse....on 3/3/26 @ 0907 I get a phone call from Tristan at Domino's pizza. He apologized profusely for my troubles and tells me to stop by the store for my refund. I let him know that wasn't necessary but I would like my original order for dinner, he says "no problem , just call when you are ready" What happens next is mind bending...I call later on same evening and speak to Jason. Explain the whole situation and tell him Tristan called and okayed this this morning. Jason takes order and says no problem...odd. he calls me back and says there is no Tristan at that store and demands proof...understandable. I call Tristan and ask him to call his store...turns out Tristan is the GM for a willmington branch and not Apex. Domino's corporate filled a complaint on my behalf with completely the wrong store!!! WTH?!? As I'm driving to the store to pick up my order and put this nightmare pizzas debauchery behind me. The original "my guy" manager gets on the phone and syas "yeah I remember your order " a second later the phone is taken from him and Im now speaking to Carly "Im the GM. And Im only giving you one pizza" she continuously grunts at me. As I try to explain the situation and history of this order with her she continuously talked over me and insists on the 1 pizza. I pull upto the store, attempt one last time to explain my frustrations with this matter to which Carly or any one else could care less. I wait 15 minutes for my pizza....the "my guy" manager DROPS THE PIZZA ON THE GROUND while attempting to hand it to me. The whole staff just shakes their heads "my guy" is yelling how pissed he was. Since the pizza is in the box I calmly walk out in complete disbelief. I get in the car and open the box...not only is the pizza a mess it's completely wrong. I go back in the store and let Carly know it's the wrong pizza, give the correct order again and sit. This girl...the GM starts muttering to her staff under her breath nonsense about the whole situation.....well folks I absolutely lost it and let the whole store know how absolutely mind blowing ridiculous this had become. I was then asked to leave the store as I had crossed the line challenging their complete and utter lack of customer service and care. The best is the original "My guy" manager coming around the counter with his hand under his apron pretending he was armed and pretending he wanted a physical confrontation with a 250 lbs Marine ....I left the store without incident and drove home. Not moments after arriving home, Apex PD shows up at my door (Who are the model of Professionalism and courtesy BTW) to give me a no trespass notice for the W Williams Domino's LMAO I cannot make this up. As you can scroll through their reviews there is clear and OBVIOUS pattern of negligent , poor judgment, ridiculous rudeness and bizarre entitlement customer LAST behavior embodied by leadership and staff at this location. Do yourself a favor and avoid it at all costs as there are literally 100 pizza places within a half mile radius of this twilight zone.

  I ordered a pizza on Sunday, waited for the pizza to arrive and it never came. I called the store and they told me they were to busy to deliver my pizza but charged me and I have yet to receive my money back even after filing a complaint online 2330 Wisconsin ave nw DC, don’t order from here

  I placed an order with gift card purchased from costco, My order has been canceled and they have not refunded the money. I placed the order again and they charged the gift card. When I went to the store for pickup they charged me again and the manager says he can not do anything. The worst website, service and customer support I have ever seen..

  I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The staff on that particular day were extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered a large pizza with specific toppings for pickup. However, when I reached home and checked the pizza, I realized the order was incorrect. One of the toppings I requested was missing, and instead a different topping was added. I immediately called the store and informed them about the mistake. The person on the phone asked me to bring the pizza back and said they would remake it if the order was wrong. However, he also mentioned that he was “100% sure” he had made the order correctly, which made it seem like he was implying that I was lying. I drove back to the store with the pizza and showed them the issue. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, the staff responded in a very dismissive and rude manner, simply saying “wait, we will remake the order.” There was no apology even though I had already gone home, discovered the mistake, and had to return to the store, wasting a significant amount of my time. Because of the way I was treated and the lack of professionalism, I asked for a refund instead of having the order remade. They eventually refunded the amount, but the entire experience was very unpleasant. Both one male and one female staff members on that day were rude and unprofessional. This is not the way customers should be treated. Mistakes can happen, but basic courtesy, accountability, and an apology go a long way.
