  I had the urge for a strawberry sundae and DQ was in route to work. The drive thru was empty, placed my order and received my sundae with ease! Enjoyed it blissfully!!

  We were having a family game night (3 families) and our kids won. Their reward was ice cream. We came into the drive through just before closing after the kids thought they may not get any. Heaven and Caleb not only came through but they got us everything we needed and the kids were so happy! Thank you Heaven and Caleb for making our night epic and serving our families so well! To the management team, Heaven and Caleb were amazing! Please recognize them!

  This truly is the worst DQ in the area. I have been going to this location for years. After ever visit I swear it will be my last, but months pass and I make the same mistake again. Morrisville and Cary are much better and nicer. It's like you are doing them a favor showing up. And god forbid you want to have them write on a cake.

  DQ is not ice cream, a product must contain at least 10% butterfat. Dairy Queen's soft serve contains only about 5% butterfat, which is why it is referred to as "soft serve" instead of ice cream. While Dairy Queen's soft serve looks and tastes similar to ice cream, it does not meet the legal requirements to be classified as such. Instead, it is a unique frozen dessert that has become a staple of the brand, and quite tasty I might add.

My wife and I were in the drive-thru, and the person who first helped us could barely speak. He was mumbling and not pronouncing the words clearly. When I politely asked him to repeat what he was saying, he spoke even more unclearly and raised his voice (obviously annoyed). In the end we managed to order what we wanted: 1 Strawberry Milkshake 1 Banana Split When I said “Banana Split,” he asked me to repeat it about four times. I don’t think that’s a confusing word at all. It’s literally “BANANA SPLIT.” You can’t really confuse “Banana Split” with something else. Then we received our items. First of all, the Strawberry Milkshake didn’t even look pink. While I was eating my Banana Split, I noticed the banana was overripe (almost rotten). The pineapple tasted rancid, and the strawberries looked dark and tasted horrible as well. My wife told me her Strawberry Milkshake tasted like everything except strawberry. So I don’t know if it was because of the employee and his lack of professionalism, or if this Dairy Queen is just bad. Next time I will speak with the manager, supervisor, or whoever is in charge. Mi esposa y yo estábamos en el Drive Thru y el que nos atendió en primer lugar ni siquiera sabía hablar, hablaba entre los dientes (no sabia vocalizar las palabras), y cuando le pedía pacíficamente que me repita lo que me estaba diciendo, hablaba más trabado y con un alto tono de voz (enojado obviamente). Al final logramos pedir lo que queriamos: -1 Strawberry Milshake -1 Banana Split Cuando le dije sobre el "Banana Split" me dijo que lo repita como 4 veces, y yo creo que no es tan confusa esa palabra literalmente "BANANA SPLIT" no puedes confundir "Banana Split" con otra cosa. Entonces nos pasan nuestros productos, en primer lugar el Strawberry Milkshake ni siquiera se veía rosado. Mientras me iba comiendo mi Banana Split me fijo que la Banana está pasada de madura (casi podrida) La piña sabia rancia Y las fresas se veían negras y sabían horribles también. Mi esposa me dice que su Strawberry Milkshake sabe a todo menos a Fresa. Entonces no sé si fue por el empleado y su poco profesionalismo o este Dairy Queen es simplemente malo. Para la próxima vez hablaré con su Manager, Supervisor o quien sea. HORRIBLE.
