  Food is mediocre at best, and they are stingy on the ingredients compared to other chipotles. Worse is every time I go they are extremely slow and generally rude. If you go at dinner expect the line to be out the door and moving at a snails pace and if you order ahead still expect to stand and wait 20+ minutes. If you try to talk to staff asking for help it falls on deaf ears and they shrug you off.

  I was honestly shocked. This place was gross really. I walked in. Th door was filthy. The floors cover in soda throughout. It looked like the soda machine was leaking on the entire restaurant floor. I wouldn't eat somewhere that dirty so I left and went to 5 guys. I was shocked so many people were eating there.

  Great experience with Darius and Markies and Kaitlyn they had great customer service and the food was great would come back we love the night shift is the best!!!!!

  markies the manager was working tonight and had AMAZING customer service and all food was full and clean! my meal was delicious! i will definitely come back if he gets a promotion! i love this chipotle!

  I visited the Chipotle on Pine Plaza Drive in Apex recently and unfortunately had a very concerning experience. One employee actually warned me not to order the steak because it was extremely dry and old. I appreciate the honesty from that worker, but it raises concerns about food quality being served to customers. While waiting in line, I also observed an employee cutting steak on the back line without clean gloves, and his underwear was visible above his pants while preparing food. For a restaurant handling ready-to-eat food, this is a serious food safety and professionalism issue. The lobby was also not maintained. Several tables were dirty, there was trash on the floor, and the drink station needed to be cleaned. Customer service was also lacking. There was no greeting when entering, just a quick “How can I help you?” which felt more like a transaction than hospitality. I normally enjoy Chipotle, but this visit left me concerned about cleanliness, food safety, and management oversight at this location. I hope store management or corporate can address these issues, because the brand reputation deserves better than what I experienced today.
