- QNQuang NguyenApr 2, 20261.0I order the same meal 3 times a week for my son, which is 3 chicken strips and large fries. I usually have no problem except today. I ordered the same meal and paid for it at drive thru. When I drove up to get my foods, they lost my order. Therefore, they had to retake my order then asked me to paid again. I asked to talk to the manager, Tyler, to discuss the situation and to understand why my order is lost. She, Tyler, was worthless with no explanation. She should be a janitor not a manger. Your company hires people, who has no customer services.
- NNNathanApr 2, 20265.0Well I've been going here for many many many years since I've lived here for a while the food was worth it even when I lived out in new hill which was like a 20 minute drive or so, though around last winter they did forget a gluten free bun for the grilled sandwich a few times but that's really the only bad thing about it when I would go to the counter and tell them they would apologize and get me a new one. Overall great location. And mobile thru is typically very fast I haven't been in mobile through with a wait. The potato waffle fries are great I have NEVER had a bad order of fries, I have never regretted getting them.

I talked to a manager named Tyler who did not apologize for our long wait. I was so frustrated that I asked for a refund and would wait til my husband brought back the car to go get food for myself and our littles. Chick Fil A is known for kindness and quality service. I am so disappointed.
