We had such a great experience, thanks in large part to our server, Keith. He was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and genuinely great with our kids (which is no small feat!). Somehow, he even managed to get them to eat at least half of their dinner… which honestly felt like a miracle.
Keith made the whole meal more enjoyable and stress-free for our family. We’ll definitely be back, and we hope to have him again next time!

Keith has been serving us at this location for years. We come in once a year to celebrate my mother in law’s birthday and he has always been our server. He’s personable, funny, and always attentive to the needs of our party. Thank you Keith!

Came in for lunch with my friend. We do a once monthly get together and have been here twice. It’s always a good time. The food is great and the vibe is chill. Today we had the sweetest most attentive and professional waitresses….Katie and Ava! With everything else, their service was the cherry on top!

We stopped into Carrabba's Italian Grill on Haddon Hall Drive in Apex this past weekend. First time back in about a year. A visit once a year not from lack of interest, it's just how we eat.
The welcome at the door was immediate. Two people at the podium, both engaged, both smiling. It set the tone before we'd even seen a menu.
Our server was Keith. We've had Keith before, actually, and that's worth saying (a year apart and the man shows up exactly the same). Same warmth, same attentiveness, same sense that he actually wants to be there. That kind of consistency isn't common. You can't fake it over time. Keith made suggestions that were smart, moved with purpose, and never made the table feel managed....just taken care of.
The food came in under fifteen minutes. Shrimp and Scallop Linguine alla Vodka, Fettuccine Carrabba. Both exactly right. Bravo to the Kitchen! The plates spoke for themselves.
What holds this place together is that the service culture feels consistent from the door to the table. Not scripted. Just serious. Everyone we interacted with seemed like they understood why it matters, welcomed us back again, and all had a smile and energy about them! Loved It!
We'll be back. And we'll ask for Keith.
