  The gentleman who answered the phone was very rude. I was calling to tell him that the online order didn’t go through and it prompted me to call the store. I told the employee and he said “okay” I asked him would it be better if I placed the order over the phone since I was making it a delivery order and he replied “I don’t see a delivery order” like yes that’s the point of me calling!! I even tried to place the order on the app and I still received the same message. Idk if he turns the orders off at a certain time but I called at 10pm and they don’t close until 1am on Friday. Very rude and disrespectful and didn’t try to help me place an order. From the looks of the reviews, I’m not the only person who has had this issue. I hope he finds a better job that makes him happy. Do not recommend!

  Well it's told 45 minutes the first time and took an hour and 45 minutes so they gave us credit. So then we called back tonight and then had them to prepare the pizza and breadsticks that arrived cold week prior. This time they still arrive cold. It was like an hour and 20 minutes late and they didn't have the correct address. The driver had a call and text to find out what the address was. Said he was in front of the house but he couldn't find no house and I had give him directions. This is just becoming sad that you pay so much money to eat and the service that you get. Is it the bottom of the drain? Good luck folks. Try to believe in this place this time is it? No more for us

  Called about a burnt door dash order and was greeted by a rude employee who states he is the gm. Horrible customer service especially from a gm. Still haven’t had my problem solved. As he states its door dashes fault the pizza is burnt. lol what a joke.

  How is it this location closes at 12 or so it says online, I placed an order on door dash and at 10:43,it was canceled and refunded by 10:46. Called at 10:57 once I got the notification of cancelation to see if they where still taking orders "Yes just not for wings"I DIDN'T EVEN ORDER WINGS , IT WAS A MINI PIZZA AND FRIES😫 SO WHY CANCEL IT😭
