  This is the second time I've been treated with the utmost respect, genuine, kindness, and patience in a seriously long time since moving to Angier. I found out today that he's the GM. He's amazing and went over and beyond the 2 times I had a problematic order and he was called to handle it. Thank you! Your kindness goes a long way!

  The are always leaving an item out of our order. Every time we order in drive-thru we are told to park and wait 10-15 minutes and each time they have left out one food item. If you order inside, be prepared to wait 30 minutes. If your inside order has a drink, you will always need to remind them to give you a cup when they hand you your food.

  Went through drive thru, gave me the wrong order. Go.back to get correct order. AGAIN I get the wrong order. Refused to get me the correct order or refund my money because I paid through the app. Said that I acknowledged it was the righr order to the girl at the window. She never spoke to me! NEVER go to this location.

  Everytime we come here, there is an issue. I should have checked the bag but the didn't give me what I Paid for. Not the first time it has happened where we were shorted. I live too far away to make it worth driving back.

  Not once have I been in this establishment and my order has been correct. First they aren’t able to provide me with a receipt for my order, including the manager or lead that was on duty. Then of course the order is incorrect and they act like it’s the customers fault that they can’t do the job correctly and READ the ticket. They just need to close the doors because they have yet to get anything right. Cross contamination in that kitchen is horrific. Gentleman cooking the food playing with his hair, no gloves and immediately touches a burger that was being prepared, no hand wash at all. I’ve tried to like this place but it just keeps going down hill and the employees do not care they show that in the way they talk to you and serve you. I say health dept needs to pay a visit before someone ends up sick.
