I had to about beg to get the pizza that they made wrong delivered out to me because I picked up my other pizzas. I spent 101.01 and they said I would have to pay a deliver fee because its not their fault that they didnt put pepperoni on my pizza or send me the 5 sauces I asked for to go with my cinnamon bites and wings. Now my food is cold because I am waiting for my dip for the cinnamon balls and wings. It was a horrible experience. They should learn how to treat their customers correctly

My order was delivered to the wrong address first, and then the driver came and tried to hand the same pizzas off to me afterward. At that point, the food was no longer fresh and should never have been offered. I called the manager, Rebekah, to request fresh pizzas or some form of compensation, and she offered no solution at all. On top of that, she was very, very rude and showed no concern for fixing the issue or providing basic customer service. Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and refusal to make things right is unacceptable. This experience completely missed the mark.
