  We had the best service by Frank today while visiting the Albemarle, NC location! He went above and beyond to make sure our food was prepared and fresh! He was so polite and caring and the food was the best we have had at any Subway (we have visited three other locations recently and the food was not very good )BUT Frank provided the best customer service! He is an employee that really needs to be recognized by your company! He should be a trainer for Subway bc of the services he provides to every one that came in while we were eating today! I hope corporate will take notice of this outstanding employee you have working for you! Thank you Frank for the best subway sandwich/food, care & experience today!!🥰

  I went to the subway on 24/27 And I understand that the short staffed because I read the sign. Alright, That's fine. So I drove all the way to the other side of town on 52. Just for their store to be closed as well. It's Sunday and it's 11:30 am. I was on my break at work so now I have to go to Jersey Mike's and it's a long drive so I'm late for my break and I might not get to eat my food. I was also really craving Subway for the last 2 days and I can't seem to get any around here. So I guess I'll just have to drive all the way to locust and them get my service.

  Tried to walk in and only had two people in front of us. Stopped us from going in. Cause they were not “prepared to take more customers”

  Usually love this place but tonight the customer service was horrible the two lady’s were very disrespectful! Didn’t even take their time to make our food pretty sad when you’re feeling rushed won’t be back!!

  We eat here on a regular basis! One employee from the one on 24/27 helps out at this store and at both stores with a call in order on one and a order online got it messed up both times! We live 30 mins from the restaurant! Lastnight we spent $50 and got 2 chicken BACON ranch footlongs, a MEATBALL footlong sub ADD PEPPERONI, 2 footlong PIZZA SUBS with pepperoni and cheese, and a personal cheese pizza. He forgot the pizza at first, the amazing manager fixed that for us. Well he DID NOT put the bacon on EITHER of the chicken bacon ranch subs, after we paid an extra dollar for pepperoni on the meatball sub they were not applied, and also the two PIZZZZZA subs were LITERALLY BREAD AND SAUCE ONLY!!!!! NO CHEESE NOR PEPPERONI!!!!!!!!!!
