- CCCSep 12, 20253.0I do not have a Papa John's in my town so have to drive 25 minutes. I placed an order to pickup at 4:15pm and at 3:55 I checked the progress and it said ready for pickup. I don't know how long it had been ready before I checked.By the time I picked it up and drove home it would be 45 minutes at least that it had been sitting. Please consider that people place orders for a specific time for a reason. I understand that times can't be perfect but 20mins or more isn't acceptable. With that being said, the pizza was good, the restaurant clean and the staff friendly.
