Well when we came in they sighed because I guess us being there was so awful. We were missing half the food had to wait 5 minutes for the woman to get the wrong sized tea, waited another 2 for the right size but hey we got a free 20 piece nugget because they dont apparently know how to read here. Awful

Today is December 11th 2025. I placed a mobile order for a quarter pounder with cheese meal and use my points for free filet of fish sandwich. When I went through the drive-thru I was informed that they didn't have any chocolate shake that it could be substituted for a frappe. So I was fine with that, when I went to the pickup window the employee handed me a small mocha frappe. I've been immediately told him that it should have been a large since a large milkshake was being substituted and the milkshake cost more than the frappe . He appear frustrated which I can understand, I wasn't trying to be difficult but I'm going to get what I paid for . So I get home and take the food out the bag, an OMG. All the food was cold, the fish fillet sandwich look like it was microwaved, it was a dark brown color in soggy as hell, the quarter pounder with cheese look like it was made hours ago was cold and just poorly made. Who I haven't been to this McDonald's in a while and I assure you I won't be going back
