  while ordering my food a worker who was a colored guy and bald was sitting on his phone refusing to help make orders. a worked said “can you help your coworker (i think rebecca) make these sandwiches” and he said “no i did my part for today”. and continued to sit on his phone. it’s disgusting to see people who clock in for a job and make 14-15$ an hour and refuse to do their job. leave and quit if you don’t like your job, don’t disrespect your coworker (who was VERY sweet). it’s a very bad view on your business, i will not be visiting the location anymore.

  Had a pleasant dining experience here. The restaurant and bathrooms are clean, my burger was crafted beautifully, fries were very hot and crispy. Service was very sweet and the GM treats customers like family.

  I have had both good and bad experiences here. Generally my experience is fine. First bad experience was I did not receive sauce on a recent visit and when I went back through the drive thru a woman told me you have to pay for it in a pushy manner and I informed her I already did. Should have been In the bag the first time. Second bad experience was last Wednesday when I went in for some water. There were about 6 workers in the back. I made eye contact with at least 4. No one approached me for service. There was another man behind me. I simply shook my head at him and exited the restaurant. Their customer service and accuracy can improve but generally its a standard fare experience
