  Bo rounds were barely warm, and the chicken heads were yelling at the lady taking my payment to shut the window. It's a DRIVE THRU. If they are cold, they should put on a jacket

  Bad customer service. I came 1.5hrs before closing and the girl who took our order made it very clear that she was not happy we were here, even when I cracked a joke. Rolled eyes. She was trying to put the chairs up when we walked in as of they were closed.. then messed up our order so we had to re-order to get the right stuff. Our food was cold when we got it. Tenders and rice. Only thing warm was the biscuits.

  Workers need to work on their attitude and maybe a class in customer service skills would be helpful. Update: they apparently don’t know the difference between supremes and regular chicken. Crazy to think if you spend $60 on food they wouldn’t get it right. Nope, they only gave us half of what we ordered. They need to all be let go and hire better people. If you hate your job THAT BAD, there’s the door!
