  Stopped in today for lunch. They have a sanitation score of 100%, but your shoes stick to the floor. The condiment station was a mess. Sauces everywhere - It would be easy for them to just take a washcloth and get that up real quick. The place was not very busy. I had to also wipe the table. My chicken sandwich was very crispy, but they served my toddler very cold mac & cheese. She would not eat it. Makes me wonder if food temperatures are being kept at safe heating levels. What’s weird is the outside of the macaroni and cheese was warm but the center was cold like it just came out of the fridge and was put in the microwave.

  We placed a drive through order. We got a burger that was pink inside. We have gotten burgers there before with a little pink, but this was more pink than before. We also got 3 large orders of curly fries. They were hard and dry like they had been under a heat lamp too long. The 2 roast beef sandwiches were great. I called from home to talk to the manager. Jeanette said that their burgers were supposed to be pink inside. I told her that we had ordered burgers there before that didn’t have that much pink. She argued with me and refused to give me a refund. She said the curly fries were just cooked. I said if they were, they are overcooked. She agreed to give me a refund for the curly fries but not the burger. I wasn’t driving all the way back to the store just for that. Very dissatisfied! Never again!

  I just wanted to enjoy a meal i paid for. Dont go to Arby’s in Albemarle. This is truly so disappointing. Negative stars.

  Food was made quickly and correctly. Can't ask for much more. Went through the drive though but it appeared clean.
