  This location is the worst! I found long curly hair in my drink. When I spoke with the manager she told me noone there had that type of hair. When i walked in, she had that exact hair without a hairnet on. They attempted to give me a replacement (Tangerine Twist Lemonade) with hardly any syrup in it. Insteas of offering a different type. I watched then say they were out. When I requested a refund, I was told they do not give refunds. The whole experience was met with so much attitude like I was inconveniencing them. A call has been placed to corporate.

  I went tru drive tru the hot food was cold i was given the wrong drink and the fries was cold the sandwich was all sloppy and thrown together horrible experience.

  So I don't know If it is the management here or what. I don't usually eat fast food and if I do it's just a baked potato from Wendy's. But every time I come through town and pick something up, the staff is so rude. Like I'm inconveniencing them. And I mean unapologetically rude. I asked what size a drink was and the They said " i don't know" all annoyed like... Now granted she seemed a little frazzled and she didn't really seem to know much about her job so maybe she was new and did not have a grasp on the details yet, and that's fine. But the drive-thru lane is insanely slow and no one in the restaurant seems to have any hustle, like at all, ever. Maybe there's things that I am consistently not seeing, maybe I should just go to food Lion or Piggly wiggly and get something ready to eat next time. But yeah food is okay, it's Wendy's, but the service makes it awful.

  I went to order my family some lunch, when we got in we ordered and had a seat, mind you their was a elderly man standing up waiting for his food for a long time, while we were sitting we waited for at least 10-20 mins just to get our food, and they barely had any workers, we only saw about 4 in the kitchen, we heard them in the back talking and laughing with other customers that came in after us, so the service was kinda bad, but the food was decent enough.
