  So I don't know If it is the management here or what. I don't usually eat fast food and if I do it's just a baked potato from Wendy's. But every time I come through town and pick something up, the staff is so rude. Like I'm inconveniencing them. And I mean unapologetically rude. I asked what size a drink was and the They said " i don't know" all annoyed like... Now granted she seemed a little frazzled and she didn't really seem to know much about her job so maybe she was new and did not have a grasp on the details yet, and that's fine. But the drive-thru lane is insanely slow and no one in the restaurant seems to have any hustle, like at all, ever. Maybe there's things that I am consistently not seeing, maybe I should just go to food Lion or Piggly wiggly and get something ready to eat next time. But yeah food is okay, it's Wendy's, but the service makes it awful.

  I went to order my family some lunch, when we got in we ordered and had a seat, mind you their was a elderly man standing up waiting for his food for a long time, while we were sitting we waited for at least 10-20 mins just to get our food, and they barely had any workers, we only saw about 4 in the kitchen, we heard them in the back talking and laughing with other customers that came in after us, so the service was kinda bad, but the food was decent enough.

  Could not accurately put in our order. After 20 minutes of trying to order 2 nugget meals and a baked potato, we had to leave. The cashier continually expressed she just doesn’t understand how to process the order. Manger was not helpful or polite. The location clearly needs more training and better management. Worst fast food experience I’ve ever experienced.

  About 4pm on Saturday, December 20, 2025 we went to Wendy's drive-thru. There were only 4 cars in front of us. We sat in that line for 25 minutes. FINALLY- got our food and my husband went to drive away. I suggested that we double check and make sure that we got everything we ordered. We did not - but cool, whatever. I went in and asked for the dipping sauce we had included with our order. The girl that I asked told me they were out of that kind. Okay? We can't offer another flavor? Ya'll are just cool with sending someone away with chicken nuggets and no sauce? I grabbed another one dipping sauce. Finally, I got back to the truck (by this point I'm starving- mind you I've been trying to eat for 30 minutes now) and open my salad and there is beautiful, blue, obvious MOLDED cheese on the top of my salad. Like really? So, I can image the behind the scenes cleanliness that Wendy's has to offer is just top notch 🙄🙄🙄.
