- AEAngela EppersonDec 31, 20252.0Today on 12/31/2025 went into restaurant at 10:44 am and purchased a cheddar bo combo with a large half cut tea and I received my meal and when I got back to eat it the biscuit was still raw and the tea was not half cut like was requested. This is not the first time I have received raw biscuit dough when purchasing the cheddar bo biscuit from now on I just won't purchase that any further.

I ordered a supreme salad and requested the supremes be separate so that I know how many they give me instead of them cutting up or putting them on the salad. I opened the bag and saw that they gave me two supremes and when the salad supposed to three. I went back to the counter and the lady says it only supposed to be two then I showed her online where the Bojangles website said three. She told me to go speak to the manager and I did and showed her and she said our franchise is different. I was like but this is your store website. Long story ending I just asked for my refund and left the store politely and I will never visit or or let my company order from them ever again.
