  Decided to dine in for breakfast because they constantly park almost every car in drive thru. Almost carried away by the flies. Literally over a dozen flies buzzing around early in the morning swarming my breakfast. Even the person mopping the floor was swatting away flies. INot to mention the ants crawling on the window sill. If the dining room has that many critters, imagine what’s in the kitchen. For customers who choose to dine in, don’t bother sitting down - they won’t bring the order to you like the other McDonalds do, they will just holler your name over and over acting like they don’t see or can’t find you, even though every single table and and number placard can be clearly seen from the counter. And make your own drink. No napkins on the tables or beverage station. No salt or pepper out. No other condiments out. Have to ask for everything, and it takes an act of congress to get someone to the counter to help with those requests.

  You've lost an every day customer (feeding a family of 6!) Over 1 flipping minute. I placed an order on the app, got in line and that line took so long that it was 10:31am by the time I made it to the speaker to give my code. My entire order was canceled because now its lunch time as of ONE minute ago. No flexibility whatsoever. Who wants a burger at 10:30 in the morning? Never again. I'll go somewhere that has some customer service skills.

  Wish I could give minus stars for service and food. It’s always something and I hardly ever go through, it when I do, it’s always something they mess up or the food is cold

  Every time we order through the drive thru, we have to pull forward and wait for our food while watching others behind us get their food first. This is not a one time incident or I'd understand. This happens every time. Then we have to go in to pick it up only to find that it wasn't even prepared in the first place. Slack service for not great food. I think I'll go back to boycotting McDonald's as I did for 10 years prior. There are way more and better options
