  I'm an OTR Trucker. We broke down and had to pull into Davie County I-40 E Rest Stop. We called every place within 15miles and could not get DoorDash or Delivery to get food. We being on 9 hour hold can't leave Semi truck and trailer, and this is the only place that cared enough to make an attempt for us. We sincerely appreciate GM Heather and Ethan for being the ONLY Delivery to care enough to help a couple stranded truckers out. Food is great, and ya'll are awesome Thank you again.

  I ordered food from them I missing 2 ITEMS not to mention it was LATE AND WARM I tried calling this place almost 10 TIMES AND they haven’t answered are order was $44.62 and was missing half the food we have ordered from them before and waited almost 3 HOURS I genuinely don’t know how they are still open shitty place do not recommend AT ALL IM MAKING THIS AS MY FOOD WASNT FULLY DELIVERED!!!! NO STARS DONT GO HERE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE FOOD I EVEN CALLED HR AND THEY DIDNT ANSWER !!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS NASTY PLACE IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD

  My husband has order from this store the last 4 times and every time the drivers go to the wrong address! By the time we receive our orders they are cold! When we have called they have been rude and disrespectful! Tell us to wait 10 more minutes??? Like no when we ordered on the app it says 25-30 minutes for delivery we are not going to wait over an hour and then tell us 10 more minutes! This is unacceptable and we will not give anymore money to this store! We will take our business to Papa John’s!! My husband drove to the store because the tracker kept updating and the time for delivery was updating longer times every couple minutes. When he got to the store the front end employees refused to let him speak to a manager and a boy named Eli canceled the order and never apologized never tried to make anything right just walked off and continued to load pizzas in a car out front. This is very unprofessional behavior by the employees to be trained this way! This place definitely needs better management. After reading these reviews they are loosing serious business over the last few months. Corporate management needs to step in and fix this store before they close this store! They will not get our business anymore by no means! Everyone read these reviews save your money and go to papa John’s! Make the extra few minute driver for better service and quality pizza! Our food at Papa John’s was steaming hot and cooked just right ! Please don’t give this lousy dominos your hard earned money because they definitely don’t appreciate your business!

  Well pizza was on the cement porch and dog has enjoying it! At least maybe they got good pizza cause I didn’t! By the time I knew it was here it was devoured.

  Avoid this place! I attempted to order online delivery to the hotel literally around the corner, only because I am alone with 3 small children and didn't want to leave the kids in the car to pick up carryout. The website would not let me order for hotel delivery, so I tried to call 3 times, no answer. That should have been my clue. Instead, I put in a doordash order. An hour went by and it kept saying "preparing your order," but never assigned it to a dasher. The time for delivery consisently said 2 minutes from the current time but it just went on and on. I again attempted to call multiple times to see if they were actually making it, while hungry kids are waiting with no idea if we were going to get dinner. I canceled the order at an hour and 10 minutes and ordered Pizza hut, then lo and behold a dominos employee showed up at the hotel? The order was missing all the sauces, the pizza was terrible and the cheese inside the cheesy bread wasn't even melted, so I didn't feel any guilt about my refund. The Pizza Hut order arrived 10 minutes later, hot and delicious.
