- CJCasey J5 days ago1.0This place is usually on point but for some reason this visit was awful. I ordered 2 drinks (frappe and a iced coffee) that's it. They had me pull to one of the waiting parking spots, which were all but full. When I say we waited 20 mins for 2 drinks, I'm not exaggerating. They tried giving me someone else's food 2 different times & I asked the employees about my drinks and all they could say was they would check & get them out. One of them was a manager. When we FINALLY get our drinks, they offered no apology for the wait, matter of fact they didn't say anything at all!! Oh and the iced coffee was just nasty. I would think it should taste about same every time. This was just an all over bad experience here

I could have gone to waffle house, sat down, been served, eaten, paid, and left in less time than it took me to get my food at McDonalds.

Food was cold, soda flat and when I got home and checked to see if my snack wrap DIDNT have cheese like I ordered it this is what I opened it to. Absolutely disappointed!
