  This McDonald’s is dirty, slow, and the staff are rude, do not go to this location by any means! They will put you in the stalls to keep their drive thru times slow and then make you wait for thirty minutes. I repeat do not go here.

  The store manager was very rude because I came exactly when they open she didn’t greet me I will never be back at that location

  we waited for roughly 15 minutes at the drive through speaker while 8 cars in the other lane moved and where getting there orders taken. Not only that but the lady running the speakers asked us TWICE if we were using our mobile app then disappeared. after we ordered and paid, we were told to park in the parking lot and wait. UPDATE: we got our food after 20 mins and when we checked the bag, it was wrong and my boyfriend turned to tell the guy who brought us our food and he just walked away

  The place is VERY HORRIBLE I will never eat here again in my life definitely not at this location the staff wasn’t doing their jobs which is getting people food out on time and in an timely manner it was a very long line it took ALMOST 2 HOURS FOR ME TO GET MY FOOD had went in there to check to see what was going on the line was long I told one of the workers that I’ve been waiting for an hour at the curbside for my food she said were understaff and they will bring it out well guess what that didn’t happen 30 more mins later I decided to look at my app and seen that they made it seem like I got my order and I couldn’t see my receipt anymore they completely gave my order away which is definitely not okay I went back in there and told them about everything when I FINALLY got my food I was missing some things after I told them what my order was my thing is yall in there doing a whole lot of talking and not enough working got people in there missing their food not getting their order right this place needs to do better and the owner of McDonalds needs to do better was well if you’re hungry I wouldn’t recommend eating there

  I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes just to get my order, and when it finally came out, it was wrong. The customer service was absolutely terrible; staff were rude and dismissive instead of apologetic or helpful. What really crossed the line was watching an employee come out with his hands all over customers’ drinks, which was honestly disgusting and completely unacceptable from a food establishment. Basic hygiene and professionalism were clearly not being followed. This experience was frustrating, unsanitary, and a complete waste of time. I will not be returning.
