  A pleasant location here in Taylortown. The restaurant was clean. The service was prompt. And the food was good.

  This is the third time in a row I've received horrible service at this McDonald's. My wife and I will go to McDonald's after the gym every now and again. The last three times we have tried, they ignore us at the drive-thru. Most of the lights are off outside, creating a very uninviting atmosphere. After waiting 5 minutes at the drive-thru thru I drove to the second window and saw two employees standing there talking. I waved at one who looked right at me, said something, and the other employee put her headset on and walked away. The other employee also walked away. So we drove back to the drive-thru and waited another 5 minutes before they FINALLY took our order. They moved us to another window, and we waited another 10 minutes. The other two times, we ended up just driving away without eating there. I won't go back until this crew has been replaced.

  Im a dasher, manager was rude as hell and completely just lied about there not being a dash order. Had to cancel the order because she was too lazy to do her job.

  The only reason I even entertain McDonald’s is because my kids want it! The service at this location sucks most of the time! Every once in a blue moon you will get someone at the window to actually greet you but majority of the time, they don’t even say hello. I went tonight after work, which was at 11 and waited in the line for about 10-15 minutes and then they had the nerve to give me literally cold fries!!! So I went back around and the girl at the window who took my bag back told me that it would be a 3 minutes wait and to pull to the 3rd window. About 30 seconds later the other girl came back with my fries. Yes they were hot but they weren’t fresh! So what does that tell you??? They dropped them back in the grease! I mean do they really think people are stupid?? The only reason I didn’t take the fries back again is because I know what it’s like to work in fast food, and I get it, and I just didn’t want to deal with it! So I took the redone fries and left! I just really wish we cared a little more about the service we provide to customers! The customers are the only reason most people can pay their bills, and that’s at every single business, fast food, grocery store, department store, etc! I’m just so over it!
