  I called Domino’s because I was having an issue ordering through the app. The specific location next to Harris Teeter was advertising a special for a large three-topping pizza for $9.99, but when I added it to my cart, the total for the pizzacame out to $15.84. I called the store to ask why the price didn’t match the advertised deal. The employee asked if I had additional items in my cart. I did at first, so I removed them and tried again. Even with only the pizza in my cart, the price was still $15.84. I called back and was told it might be because I had Alfredo sauce. I changed the sauce back to regular, and the employee did the same on his end. The price still did not change. I then spoke with the manager, Sarah. She told me the issue was likely my toppings, specifically bacon, and instructed me to switch to basic toppings to qualify for the deal. I did exactly that, yet the price remained the same. She then told me again that it was because of the Alfredo sauce, even though I had already explained—multiple times—that this had been changed and was not affecting the price. After nearly an hour of trying to place this order, I was told there was nothing they could do. At that point, I was frustrated not just by the pricing issue, but by the lack of accountability. As a manager, I believe she should have honored the advertised price, especially given the amount of time spent attempting to resolve an issue that was clearly not caused by my selections. This experience felt misleading and disappointing. Instead of helping resolve the issue or honoring the promotion, the store chose to turn away a sale over a few dollars. ⸻ If you want, I can: • Make it shorter and sharper for a Google review • Rewrite it angrier or calmer • Turn it into a corporate complaint with a request for refund/credit • Adapt it for BBB or consumer complaint language Just tell me where you plan to post it.

  To the girl who made my pizza tonight GOD BLESS YOU AND MERRY CHRISTMAS! I got a pan Philly extra cheese and extra baked. It was perfect! Thank you!

  There is no stars for price. I always go to this dominoes. As I ordered and was walking out I noticed, for the first time, that they had a sign on a corner that nobody's is going to look at on their way in, saying managers special 1 Large pizza one topping for 9.99. I turned around and asked about it and they said you have to ask for it. Very disappointed because nobody is going to see that sign until it's too late. I paid 16.99 for a large one topping. Will call corporate on this one. Very disappointed!! O stars for that.

  The general manager ( if you want to call her that) has absolutely no customer service and is very rude to the people making sure she has a job and he bills get paid. She tries to put the blame on the customer instead of trying to make thing right. The store is in horrible condition and they definitely don't care about cross contamination 🤢🤢 please if you don't want to get sick or die please don't eat at this slop house

  Manager is a liar. Sent us sandwiches that were burnt. Said that's the way they are. Showed them to Domino's southern pines they said sandwiches were made bad
