We started freaking out because she was still talking but we had pulled off. When we got to the window, the worker was extremely rude to us. I am very disappointed. I will not be returning.

He shared some awful disrspectful comments about me to his staff while my family and I were still at the window. He was at the drive thru window, they all looked at us to see who was talking about. The AI order taker was a challenge but much better than the rude sloppy man at the window. I was amazed that this disrespectful man is the general manager. What a terrible choice for leadership!!!

I was making an order for my office (I’m a travel nurse at a local clinic) and one of my coworkers wanted grits. A.I informed me “we do not serve grits” . I stated “are you sure? They’re on the menu?” Because let’s be honest .. A.I makes mistakes.. I was then RUDELY shouted at “Ma’am I JUST told you we DO NOT serve grits” it took me by surprise ! Being yelled at this early while I’m just trying to place an order. I said “damn okay well they’re on the menu, my bad” and then I was refused service because “I used profanity” as a response to being YELLED at . I asked for a manager and was informed he was the General Manager and he could serve who he wanted to . -10/10 do NOT recommend!
