  went to try the blackberry tangerine 0sugar drink and got a Boston crème to split w my boyfriend the morning of 04/18/26. Boston crème was crème-less, and the attendant seemed high, or just out of it. Not the most pleasant experience or person to interact with based on professionalism too. She seemed done.

  This place always run out of Donuts. If you buy something from here that is out of stock, they can't give you refund or gift card.

  Went to this dunkin the other day as I have many times each time there has been multiple issues with the morning staff, hygiene of the building, and just overall setting of the establishment. I was on my way to work (keep in mind the only reason I come here is for the sake of convenience with how close it is) and I had walked into the dunkin when I was greeted by bigger white lady with brown hair and a bun, I had asked for my go to order of a iced chai latte and a chocolate glazed donut, I was told I had to wait for a reason I was never told, as I sat in the lobby I noticed crumbs and ants under my table and coffee ring stains on the table, I tried my best to just ignore it as I just wanted my items and go. Then as I was watching the woman finally get my order together she had not been wearing gloves the whole time, when I walked up and asked if she could remake my order with gloves on she had a terrible attitude and asked me “why?” As if it wasn’t obvious I didn’t want her dirty hands all over my items, needless to say I’ve given this place multiple chances and I never can bring myself too again.

  Fire your manager or send her to take a class on how to be a manager. You are in hospitality industry, if you can’t talk to people nicely, stay home or fake it at least while you’re getting paid. Being in management is not a ticket to rudeness, also CLEAN your facility first. Your floors are dirty.

  Came and ordered a caramel crème frozen coffee and the dude heard caramel protein coffee and when we told him that is not what we ordered he proceeded to say I kid you not over and over “but you said protein” instead of fixing the order at that point he is walked away laughing because he heard the order wrong, my mom wanted a refund and he said he could not because there was no manager, the argument escalated and instead of simply fixing the order he wanted to argue that him and his coworker heard the order. Wouldn’t give a refund and wanted to argue that he got our order right. He was very rude and told me to stay in the passenger seat because I told him about himself. If you don’t have customer service skills let alone hearing skills go get a job elsewhere and refused a refund. Very unprofessional and won’t be returning. All could have been avoided is they simply repeated the order back.
