- LCLogan CoxApr 15, 20261.0This place needs to tighten up their quality control… I just ordered 2 spicy sandwiches and couldn’t finish either of them because the pieces of chicken were basically scraps. Chick-fil-A makes way too much money to be passing off their food waste losses to me

This happened to me multiple times. Check your bag before leaving. The employees act like they are in forced labor or something. This reminds me of going to Burger King or McDonalds. I guess the Asheboro location has spoiled me by ALWAYS having the order correct!

When I went to go pick them up at the time that was listed the manager said there was no oder found. When I showed my email confirmation for thus location he pulled it up in his end and said that the oder had been deleted, but we were charged. He was VERY reluctant to fill the order complaining that it would be at least another hour and that the boxes will not have all parts in them, cookies, chips, etc. But also would not refund anything. Great way to disappoint hungry kids on a field trip and potential future employees.

Service has gone down hill. The employees seen talking to friends instead of helping paying customers. No management in sight to address issues. What the heck happened to the days of a clean facility and attentive staff. We have had to wipe our own table several times. Drive-thru: double check your order before leaving the line!!!!!!
