  I have had positive experiences at many locations, but this Subway store truly stands out. The staff are excellent—especially Liya, who was very polite, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. I ordered a veg wrap, and it was one of the best I’ve had. The service and food quality were outstanding. I highly recommend this location.

  Decided to go to subway 1 more time as last 3 times experience was poor 1 toaster oven broken for 3 weeks in a row 2 no soup, 3 no crisp onions , 4 ordered turkey sub only half the turkey on it then tried to use coupon no one knew how to use it. Also moved subway next to convenience store and gas station so very busy with limited parking.

  The girl behind the counter (Leah) did a great job tonight. She went out of her way to help me and made delightful conversation throughout. Definitely the kind of person who should be kept around for a future promotion. She is a natural when it comes to customer service.

  very bad experience i waited one hour for my order who was preparing oder clearly see that i ordered veg sandwich but she use same gloves of chicken and bacon even when she change gloves she again making my sandwich and another order which is bacon sandwich together i ordered three sandwiches and i throw that bcz i cant eat that please give your employees proper training and if you dnt have money for gloves tell customer and charge them very poor service

  One server was serving customer with 7 different order of subs. 3 people were waiting behind while girl name Lia decided to ignore the lineup and focus on cleaning bread rack. After 25min she was done cleaning and decided to help 2 nd customer and told him sorry for the wait that this part needed cleaning as you see it. I believe customers come first especially in fast food chain. Cleaning can be done later as it was not important at that point. Customer asked for meal of the day they have listed on big screen. See picture I posted. He order and his total was $13 and some change. He asked isnt it suppose to be 8.99 plus tax. She goes this is how it works. 8.99 plus tax is $13 something. That person already waited over 30 mins for his sub so he ignored and left. My turn comes after 45 mins in a subway. I asked for same meal and she goes again charge me $13 something for it. I told her something wrong in system. $8.99 plus tax is not over $13. She turned the screen towards me and told me to look. I saw she punched $8.99 for sub and then 2 separate charges for cookies and drink. I told her in your ad says $8.99 for meal. Front of all customers she told me thats how we do it, if you dont like it you can leave. After waiting 45 mins and in middle of nowhere on highway. She want me to go somewhere else. Manager needs to address this and teach Lia some customer skills like helping customers when there is rush and be nice to customers. I read other reviews all are same.
