  The last few months have been a significant turn around for this location, great staffing and impeccable management that know what they're doing. The food has improved and the atmosphere is inviting as well as having a clean dining area. Major props to the new manager and her staff, great job 👏

  Worst subway I’ve ever been to. The manager does not know what she is doing. I went in there about two days ago, they had no mayo, chipotle sauce, barbecue sauce, shredded cheese or Italian hers and cheese bread. It seems every time I go in there they are missing something. And I am a frequent customer there and the bottle fridge has been empty for about 2 weeks. And I heard they failed their audit. Very disappointing from a subway I used to enjoy going to.

  Dear fmi I have gone to Waterville subway 2 times this past month. The first time I went there were two teenagers serving me, they were beyond immature and had no idea how to make a sub or wrap! Tonight I went to this location again, I was beyond surprised to see the lack of inventory this location had. There was no bacon, no herb and cheese bread, no onions, and their grilled was not working. In no way am I writing this letter to complain about staff, I’m am here to place full blame on the company itself! This company clearly does not care about staff nor the customer, and instead of keeping hard working employees there rather keep firing and hiring managers that have no clue how to run a business! I am very disgusted by FMI and there ways of employment!

  Not a pleasant Subway experience. 3 staff members, but only 1 making the subs. They were new and the other 2 did not step in to help so it took 40 minutes to get 3 subs. The other 2 weren't very nice to him. However, he did a great job making the subs so no fault of his.

  Lovely blonde young lady named Abby made my sub this afternoon, impeccable customer service, and it was put together very nicely. She cracked jokes as she made my sub and overall made my subway experience a delightful one. The other young lady working I believe was also named Abby, she seemed very nice as well, greeted me very politely when I walked in. Much nicer than the bigger short girl with the nose ring they used to have working there.
