  Watched 3 cars in the drive thru have there orders taken at the speaker and received their food and leave before I was even acknowledged at the counter. I'd say I waited about 10 minutes or more at the counter before anyone said anything to me or came and took my order. Very poor service. The food came quickly but was just average not bad but not the best I have had from KFC.

  Wait time in drive through way too long. Not everything in the bag when you go to eat. don’t think we should have to check to make sure that you are doing your job. This is the second time in 2 visits with problems both times. NOT IMPRESSED at all

  Men's room is gross, first off. Like an umbre of filth from the floor to the ceiling on the walls, it's desperately overdue for a deep clean! No diet or zero sugar cola in a 2l size, and the nice lady at the counter got severe attitude when she asked the back of house about it. Food was great, good choice of bird in the bucket. Nailed it on that end. Restaurant was empty, kind of surprised to see crumbs on a few tables.

  If I could give a -10 I would .most disgusting meal ever...skin on chicken was so mushy it literally slid off the chicken when I picked it up and the fries were mushy and the gravy was very cold and the manager is a very rude woman ..customers are not right only her ..will never order from there again
