  Men's room is gross, first off. Like an umbre of filth from the floor to the ceiling on the walls, it's desperately overdue for a deep clean! No diet or zero sugar cola in a 2l size, and the nice lady at the counter got severe attitude when she asked the back of house about it. Food was great, good choice of bird in the bucket. Nailed it on that end. Restaurant was empty, kind of surprised to see crumbs on a few tables.

  If I could give a -10 I would .most disgusting meal ever...skin on chicken was so mushy it literally slid off the chicken when I picked it up and the fries were mushy and the gravy was very cold and the manager is a very rude woman ..customers are not right only her ..will never order from there again

  New years eve was the last time I ate kfc and will never order from any of them ever again. It was gross. From the greasy, mushy, tiny excuse they call chicken to the cardboard like fries, the quality of their food is so substandard I would rather be hungry than consume this garbage again.

  Stood at the counter for 11 minutes before anyone came to take our order. After being told they were out of lettuce and unable to offer any of the festive meals ( because they were sold out ) we managed to place our order....and wait an additional 45 minutes for our food. Fries were soggy, gravy was cold, and the chicken was not fully cooked....pink chicken is not OK no matter what your timer says.
