  I recently ordered from Swiss chalet and decided to try the NEW Mac and Cheese, well my surprise when it was not macaroni but another type of pasta....I am sorry that's a big FAIL, you should not be marketing it as Mac and Cheese and to be honest, it didn't look good opening the box and the taste was even worst. Please if you advertise something make it correct.

  We eat at the Saint John location every chance we get! The food is always amazing, the atmosphere is welcoming and the service is exceptional! Most recently we all had the chicken dinner and it exceeded our expectations! Special acknowledgement to Lydia, she was professional and attentive to all of our needs!

  I had a fantastic experience at Swiss Chalet! From the moment we walked in, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. the rotisserie chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor, and the signature Chalet sauce never disappoints. The sides were fresh and well prepared, especially the fries and coleslaw. What truly made our visit exceptional was Lydia, the General Manager. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Her attention to detail and commitment to great service did not go unnoticed. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere for both families and casual dining. Service was quick without feeling rushed, and everything arrived hot and exactly as ordered. Overall, a consistently great spot for a reliable, tasty meal. I’ll definitely be coming back highly recommend!

  We ate at the Swiss Chalet in Saint John. We called earlier in the day for a reservation for 65 people. I have to say, my mind is blown!!! We were all seated and served out food in under an hour!!!! And, I have a food allergy which was accommodated with absolutely no issues. This is AMAZING!!!!!! THANK YOU!

  Terrible experience at Swiss chalet for lunch today. Our server was Kayla. First off, we had to wait 10 minutes on a water and 7up (which would have been more than fine- but the place was not busy at all). My aunt had to wait an additional 12 minutes for a whiskey sour. No straw, and to try and get our servers attention to ask for a straw, drink refill, or anything was pretty much like pulling teeth. She never asked how our meal was or checked in on us at all, nor was attending to other customers. When we finally got her attention to ask for the bill and machine, she decided to cut deserts and wait on other tables so again we had to wait. Myself and my family was so disappointed, and we will be spending our money elsewhere going forward. Also managers- maybe consider getting a new serving staff because they’re running the business down with service like that.
