    We go to subway, fairville location a few times a week. We orde online because it's super fast and convenient. Tonight we placed an order and the guy at the speaker just told us we ordered at the wrong place. I doubled check my receipt and it was the right location. He seemed annoyed and kinda rude. We repeated twice that we had the receipt and it was paid for. He never asked to look at the receipt or find a solution. Told us to move out of the way basically. We move to the first window. We told him we just want a solution because it's paid for. He just say that he doesn't know what to do and again, doesn't try to help us. My partner had to go inside to show them the online order. He didn't understood the name. So it took like 25 min for a sandwich just because he had no interest in either asking someone else, confirming the name or asking for the order number. I never leave bad reviews but it's clear that the staff needs to be trained in customer service.

    I ordered 6 inch chicken rancher on Italian erbs and cheese in the drive through at 3:30 on April 17th. It came out quick! They asked me what sauce I wanted before veggies and I believe that was the game changer. That was the best sub I’ve ever had props to this location and there workers.

    The two guys who were working this afternoon (Feb 1, 2026) need raises! They are fast and polite. They had a crowd done in no time and thats with a busy drive thru too. Amazing!

    The employees were great. The rations however, are terrible. Apparently we can limit the amount of pickles allowed per sub (6). Only seams to be this location that I have trouble with but just down the street firehouse subs can be found and you’d be lucky to finish that sub. Your welcome!

    This was the WORST subway I have ever been at like the cheese was not even melted when I toasted it and my cold cut meat was soggy and mushy when I opened it in my car 5 min after ordering
