  just order on uber and was worst mc d food I ever ate. Nuggets were frozen cold , fries not fresh at all. And they dont even pick the call

  Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at McDonald's—and that’s saying a lot. This happened at the McAllister Drive location around 2:00 a.m. There were only a handful of cars ahead of me, yet I was told over the speaker—very rudely—that I’d have to wait 10 minutes before they would even take my order. No apology, no explanation, just attitude. When I finally got to order, I asked a simple question about getting my fries well done and was immediately shut down with a blunt “no” because they were “too busy.” The tone was dismissive and completely unprofessional. If you’re working customer service, basic respect should not be optional—no matter the time of night. The interaction was so unpleasant that I ended up not even eating the food I ordered. That’s how bad the experience was. I understand late-night shifts can be stressful, but this wasn’t just “busy”—this was straight-up rude and unacceptable. Easily the worst customer service I’ve experienced in years.

  Waited in line to get my order taken for over 10 minutes, matter of fact I’m waiting so long I have time to write this review.. it’s like this EVERY time I’m here. Definitely the slowest McDonalds ever.. even had a manager who visibly saw I was waiting and never said anything to crew..
