    Chanel was our waitress this evening and made our birthday celebration extra special. My husband has recently been diagnosed celiac and made his first eating out experience so positive! She was very knowledgeable and caring!

    Chanel was fantastic, very attentive to our table, made everyone feel very welcome! It was a fun birthday experience for both my dad and I! We would recommend her service to anyone! The food was wonderful and the atmosphere is always amazing!

    It was very busy, being Valentines Day. The waitress was working many tables, yet managed to visit us often, making sure everything was satisfactory. Our food was quite disappointing, though. My chicken and ribs were lukewarm, and although a roll was indicated with my meal on the menu, I only got the butter, no roll. My sister's quesadillas were burned on the edges, and my nephew's pulled chicken sandwich was ice cold, as confirmed by kitchen staff after it was returned.

    Very disappointed in the experience ive had tonight! We had reservations for 6pm on Valentine's day. When we got here the hostess questioned our time saying she had it for 6:30. However sat us down regardless. Then waitress waited 30 minutes to tell me the soup I ordered is no longer available. So I had to order something different. We had to ask another server where our food was after waiting an hour. They said it was on the way. It finally came an hour and 25 mins later!!! Horrible!!! Horrible service!!! I could of done grocheries and and cooked this meal by it came. And my roll is hard as a rock!!

    Came with a party of four and after being seated, waited fifteen minutes before anyone checked on us. Once our server Hilary S arrived, it seemed like she was disinterested. We placed our full order at that point and only received the occasional "yep" as a response. It was approximately 4:15pm when we placed our orders. And we only got our drinks fifteen minutes later. According to our bill, our ticket was only entered at 4:40pm, which led to our food arriving to the table around 5:15. Hilary told us the kitchen made a mistake and forgot our appetizers. She did apologize about it, but only when the food arrived. There was around a half hour period where we waited with no updates or notices that things might be late. It generally seemed like the servers, dish runners, and kitchen had little to no communication with eachother. This caused a lot of disappointment and confusion at the table, as the spring rolls are specifically a family tradition of ours. The food itself was of expected good quality, but by the time it arrived we were all near ready to leave. Especially since we had watched other tables in our section, including tables sat after us, receiving their food. Also, not relevant, but it was also strange how casually employees were dressed.
