  Horrible experience! We arrived by 6:30 pm, even though there were free tables we had to wait 15 minutes. After that, we ordered it in less than 5 minutes of getting to the table, after that only after around 20 minutes we were informed that the Spaghetti for the two Chicken Parm Alfredo we ordered wasn’t available, and then we had to wait around more 40 minutes. When the food arrived, the Mac n cheese we asked to replace the spaghetti was cold and looked like it wasn’t prepared at the time. Not only that but the bread that came with it was burnt. And for the Wings Dinner the fries tasted old and bad and the wings were REALLY cold. I was really disappointed.

  We placed an order well in advance and we still had.to wait about 25-30minutes. When we arrived home it was short an item. I called to inform them but had no plans on returning for missed item. Was given a credit. Here is out order number 20260103 1944020.

  My husband and I are from Fredericton and was in town for a day of shopping and decided to eat here. What a joke. Got there at 3:20pm and left at 5:15pm. Took 15 mins to take our order. Came back and said they couldn’t make the caesar salad so we got the soup which then took almost 15 mins to get followed by our meal that took another 20 mins from then.My husband’s bread was burnt so I asked for new ones and he was almost done his meal before they brought out the new. The spaghetti was undercooked and barely and any sauce!! No offer for refills on our pop until we were almost done and then she never did come back with any just the bill. Sat there another 15 mins till I finally went to her and just handed her my money!! I’ll never be back and will definitely never recommend this place!!!

  Having always enjoyed a meal at Swiss Chalet our visits in December were less than ideal. Our first visit the meal was over cooked and cool. Decided to try it again mid December and the food and service were mediocre. Decided to give the restaurant another try tonight. While the food was good the service was horrible. We finally left after waiting and waiting for my husband’s dessert which never came. Very disappointed in this restaurant and it will be quite awhile before we go there again.

  I visited Swiss Chalet last Monday to celebrate with my family, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience for three main reasons. First, my child was vomiting throughout the night after eating a hamburger there, which is very concerning when it comes to food safety. Second, there were multiple mouse traps visibly placed around the restaurant, which is alarming and not something customers should notice while dining. Third, there was a constant smell of weed reaching our table, which made the environment very uncomfortable, especially for a family setting. I consider myself a very tolerant person, but this experience was simply too much. I hope management takes these issues seriously, as they greatly affect customer trust and overall experience.
