In my opinion their fries alway lacked, but the fries with tonight's takeout meal was the very worst I have ever eaten. They tasted like what I would imagine yesterday's fries done in old oil would taste like. I could eat only a few and then only because I covered them with the chicken dip sause...the chicken and Ribs were great! I did can and speak to one of managers and she was nice and friendly, apologized, said that the oil was changed on Wednesdays... Potatoes are from PEI and they do them there.... She also said they do quality control on a regular basis... She did offer me another side to replace this one, but I'm home, Blue Jays game happening soon so I will not go back to replace these fries.... Pretty much done with their fries and it will be a while before eating there again. Choose a baked or mashed potatoe.... instead of fries 🍟 or order them in from Deluxe....

Worst staff and therefore horrible food quality. It needs a major overhaul. Needs to be renovated, ALL new staff and then it would be great.
