It's not a matter of taking the veggies off but the sauce isn't easy to clean off. The smell remains which ruins the snackwich for her. So, not only is she disappointed, I've lost money. On her bday her request to have Subway and that was ruined for her... When calling the store (if they answer) there's no offer to send the correct order. Only that I go pick it up myself... And the time before my ordered was cancelled without explanation and my money was not automatically refunded. It took two weeks and multiple emails to finally get reimbursed. I am very disappointed with Subway in particular the King St. location.

If I was the owner I would be sour at the lost business because they start doing the closing routine at least an hour before closing. For instance they had the toaster and grill for wraps etc shut off 50 minutes before closing so unless you want cold sub with only cold cuts, no bacon or other meats except Deli. Not a one time thing. Living in the neighborhood I have regularly been disappointed for this reason. This type of attitude is an indication of a lack of pride and genuine lack of respect for their customers.
