If I was the owner I would be sour at the lost business because they start doing the closing routine at least an hour before closing. For instance they had the toaster and grill for wraps etc shut off 50 minutes before closing so unless you want cold sub with only cold cuts, no bacon or other meats except Deli. Not a one time thing. Living in the neighborhood I have regularly been disappointed for this reason. This type of attitude is an indication of a lack of pride and genuine lack of respect for their customers.
