  Forgot my cheese on my sub and wouldnt replace it or just give me cheese on the side to add on worst experience on top of that I only got one pice of spinach and I asked for triple the lettuce and this definitely ain’t close

  This place is horrible. Service is terrible closed its doors early and my partner had to get a taxi to go through the drive thru just to get the meals he ordered. The people serving were rude and dismissive. After getting home with the sandwichs, (which we were told that 6 inches subs were all they were making for drive thru) the sandwiches didn't have everything he or I ordered, their was barely any meat and it looked thrown together. Needless to say we will never order anything from there again.

  This location has an ongoing, chronic customer service problem. On my most recent visit, I entered the store at 9:58 PM, before the posted 10:00 PM closing time. The doors were unlocked, yet I was immediately met with hostility and lectured about being “closed” and told I should leave and use the drive-through instead. If customers are not welcome, the doors should be locked — not left open while staff shame people for walking in. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. On previous visits, I have been lectured about how many vegetables are “allowed” on a sub, treated as though I’m inconveniencing staff simply by ordering, and spoken to in a way that is completely unprofessional. More concerning, on a prior visit I encountered a sharp piece of bone in a chicken sub, which caused an injury to my gum. This is a food safety issue, not a preference issue, and it was never properly addressed. In addition to in-store problems, the Subway app and gift card system have repeatedly failed, leaving money tied up and unusable, while staff deflect responsibility instead of offering solutions. Overall, this location appears poorly managed, tolerant of early shutdown behavior, and dismissive of legitimate customer concerns. Until management addresses staff conduct, food safety, and basic service standards, I strongly recommend avoiding this Subway.

  Apparently the toppings come off of their pay cheques, we were only allowed 6 pickles and 6 black olives on a foot long cold cut sub. I cannot even believe they still have business after this "new change".. so pathetic. Won't be back!
