    Sat at the ordering thing while 4 other cars at the other speaker went through, never switched to our speaker so we left. Not impressed.

    I would not recommend going here and especially not using their app… all day I had been planning to use my points to get a junior chicken, because I had points expiring. Mcdonald’s is no where near my favourite fast food place but since I had points for a free one I thought I’d go there, especially with money being tight this time of year. I am brutally disappointed because they would not take my code and was saying it was “invalid” when there was no way for me to reset it. I feel bad because I held up the drive through line but I didn’t come to mcdonald’s to buy a junior chicken I came because I had enough points to get one for free. Long story short i will not be going back.

    Went through the drive thru, ordered two triple pickle burgers and got two WRONG burgers. Went in, told them I got two burgers I didn’t ask for, waited 30 minutes for two new triple pickle burgers, got in my car and opened the burger boxes to see they were WRONG AGAIN. It was busy so maybe they were just stressed out but it feels like they don’t pay attention. Saw another people in there complaining about getting incorrect food as well
